Flower Cake Card/ Sweet Treats series #6

Hi Paper Lovers....

Here is card #6 in my Sweet Treats series and its a cake with flowers!!! So unlike me, I know ;)

I am going to try to do something DIFFERENT for my next card....I have had some suggestions to make a card with the ice cream....so I will try that next time!!! The reason I wanted to make ANOTHER cake card was I wanted to enter this in Mary's challenge blog http://cricutcardzchallenge.blogspot.com/ AND I needed a birthday card....so here it is!!! I hope you like it. Here are the sizes......

The Cake is from pg 38 and it is cut @ 3.59 using the Blackout feature.

The Flowers are from pg 51 and 8 of them are cut @ .81 and 1 of them is cut @ 1.24.

The Pedistal is from pg 42 and it is cut @ 2.18 using the Blackout feature.

*I made this card in my Gypsy....so they are Gypsy sizes!

"Just Because" Tree Card

Hi Paper Lovers...

Here is a card I made a while ago and it has been sitting in my Gypsy just wating for it's debut =)

I used 4 different cartridges and NO patterned paper......GASP!!!

Here are all the sizes and info.....

Tree is from Just Because Cards pg. 57 and is cut @ 10.53 (not real dial size)

Fence is from Paperdoll Dress Up pg. 78 and is cut @ 1.12"

Flowers are from Sweet Treats pg. 49 and are cut at .65, .57, & .53 pg. 50 is cut 2 times @ .65

Grass is from Create a Critter pg. 45 and the 5 short pieces are cut @ .76 and the 4 long pieces are cut @ 1"

I love that I am funny....well most people think I am funny =)

I love that for the most part, I am a people person, can get along with just about anyone and love to have fun!

I love that God gave me a talent of papercrafting =)

4. Here is one of the first pics taken of our first born son. He was pre-mature and only weighed 4 pounds. See how his whole hand fits on the very tip of my husband's pinky finger....wow!!! And now he is a totally healthy 6 year old....praise GOD!!! Its hard to believe how he started out =)

Its A Party/ Emma's Throwback Thursday Challenge

Hi Paper Lovers....

I took a little break from my Sweet Treats series.....GASP, I know!!!! I have been wanting to participate in one of Emma's Throwback Thursday challenges because it challenges us to pull out an "old" cartridge and have fun with it again AND.... because she gives away AWESOME stamp sets as prizes =)

So this week's challenge was Zooballoo, or to use an Animal Theme. I got Zoobaloo with Cricut reward points and have never used it.....so this one was a perfect one for me to enter. I have Emma's My Creative Time blog button on the right hand side of my blog if you would like to check her out.....she has SO much talent. I just love her Gypsy creations!!!

I used DCWV's Nana's Kids stack for this card....such ADORABLE paper!!!!!! I also used some hemp cord and some buttons....super simple!!!

A Cupcake for a Friend/Sweet Treat Series #4

Hi Paper Lovers.....

Hope you all had a happy 4th!!!! I have to tell you...I am LOVING this Sweet Treats series!!! This cartridge is just tooooo much fun to play with!!!!

I had alot of fun with this card cause it is not my normal cutsie style! It's a grown-up card =)

Sweet Treats 4th of July Card/Sweet Treat Series #3

Happy 4th of July Paper Lovers....

Here is project #3 in the series and it is a SIMPLE card I made using Sweet Treats. I did one layered firework and one with glitter on it. The glitter one is soooo sparkley but soooo messy. Glitter and I just dont get along until it is glued down...then I LOVE it =) I used a couple ideas for this card from my friends Mary http://cardztv.blogspot.com/ and MOMO http://madebymomo.blogspot.com/ thanks ladies for the inspiration!!!
