Hi Paper Lovers...

Its time for another Terrific Tuesday Challenge over at the Scrappy Mom's blog. This time we are doing a TWINE challenge....thats it...just twine =) Any project you would like as long as there is twine somewhere on it.

I LOVE this Rocker Star Bear from Teddy Bear Parade!!! I cut her really big cause I wanted to put the guitar on an ACTION WOBBLE!!! I LOVE how it turned out...did you see the twine guitar "strings" =)

Happy Birthday! Cupcake card

Hi Paper Lovers...

Today I am sharing the Birthday card I made for my Best Friend! For this card I used my Cricut Imagine Black and White cartridge for the patterned papers and colors! I also used my all time favorite Cricut cart Sweet Treats and the scallop came from Winter Woodland!

"Shape Card Sunday" Birthday theme

 

Hi Paper Lovers... Its time for another "Shape Card Sunday" challenge. The challenge this week is simple...make any shaped BIRTHDAY card/project...I figured we can never have to many birthday cards!!!

I went with a purse shape card. My card doubles as a gift card holder!

I just wanted to thank those who have been participating in my little challenge!!! I LOVE seeing what other's create and their differnet takes on the same thing!!! I hope the challenge grows over time and you all will get some inspiration from each other!!!

New Scrappy Moms stamps!

Hi Paper Lovers... Its time for the July release of new Scrappy Mom's stamps! I am so excited! Both of these sets are MUST haves!!! Today I am showing you two similar cards I made using the Many Thanks set!!! Who doesnt need Thank You cards on hand??? I know I need to make aLOT and this set is sure helping me get caught up!!!

I stamped the sentiments on the inside for a change =)

Hi Paper Lovers...

Its time for another TTC with the Scrappy Mom's. I am REALLY excited about this one!!! The challenge this time is to use the Cricut Forever Young cartridge. If you do not have this cartridge, you can always use something similar =) I made a set of three 3x3 note cards that fit inside the purse. This project turned out EXACTLY how I wanted it, that doesnt happen too often, so I am quite pleased!!! For my sentiments I used the brand new Scrappy Mom's set GIRLS JUST WANT TO HAVE FUN!!! This new set is right up there with some of my all time favorite Scrappy Mom's stamps!!!

Scrappy Mom's new release!

Hi Paper Lovers...

Today is an EXTRA special day to be on the Scrappy Mom's Design Team. Not only are they releasing a new set of stamps, but Scrappy Mom's is releasing their very first metal die!! It is so darn cute! Its a pinwheel die! I have been having so much fun making tons of pinwheels....I want to put them on EVERYTHING!!! My head is swarming with ideas!!!

The first project I am sharing is this adorable pinwheel banner! This was so simple and fun to make and it looks GREAT in my craftroom!!! I used my Imagine and the Black and White cartridge for the patterned paper and pink color on my pin wheels.




I have two videos to share. The first one is a tutorial on how to use the die with your Cuttlebug. The second video is my banner tutorial.

Diaper Bag Shaped card- 2012

Hi Paper Lovers...

I posted a diaper bag shaped card in August of 2010 and I STILL get questions and comments about it...awesome!!!! I decided to do an updated version and added a welding tutorial and the end of my video....a few people asked for that.

I am having SO MUCH FUN making these! They really are simple and you can "jazz" them up as little or as much as you want!!!

Another cool thing is that a gift card would fit perfectly in the front pocket!!!




I welded 2 diaper bags from the Doodlecharms cartridge. The paper on the boy version is from the My Minds Eye Fly a Kite 6x6 pad. The paper from the girl versions is printed from the Teresa Colling Black and White Imagine cartridge....a MUST have =)




The sentiments are from the Scrappy Moms set SPECIAL DELIEVERY!

Its time for another TTC with the Scrappy Moms. This time the challenge is to make any project using a tag. Super easy and super fun!!! This card was so simple to make that I came up with a few different styles. These are all Birthday cards, but you could easily use the design for any kind of gift card styles. I used sentiments from the Brand new set called Mini Messages....these sentiments are PERFECT for small tags and shape cards!!!
