I have some exciting news...I have been asked to join the Bitten By the Bug2 Design Team!!! What an honor to join in with these wonderful and talented ladies!!!

Every Monday they post a different Cricut challenge. Hope you can play along and find some inspiration! This week the theme is Spring!!! I LOVE spring time! Even though where I live we dont really have a true Spring...I just LOVE the colors and fun home decor!!! Before we know it, Spring will be here!!!

For this challenge, I dusted off my April Showers cartridge and made a little bit of a different type of shape card!!!

"Shape Card Sunday" Button Up For Fall

Hi Paper Lovers....

I am sorry I am 4 days late for my challenge!!! My husband was sick and in the hospital. I am so happy to say he is home and all better!!! Its something we have been through before so we knew what to expect but it is still so hard to go through!!!

Ok...on to the challenge. I decided to do a Fall themed challenge and call it "Button Up For Fall" =) SO, just make a Fall themed shape card/tag/project and just make sure it has a button somewhere on it...easy right!!! Hope you can play along and get some inspiration from each other!!!

Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who played along in my first challenge...I LOVED all the adorable snowman!!! Each one was so unique...it was AWESOME!!!

TTC with the Scrappy Mom's- Easter treat bag

Hi Paper Lovers....

Its Tuesday and time for another Terrific Tuesday Challenge over at the Scrappy Mom's blog. This time the challenge is to make any kind of Easter project....EASTER??? Wasnt it JUST CHRISTMAS!!!???!!! Oh my....time is flying =)

I had ALOT of fun making my Easter treat bag =) I used a few different Cricut cartridges and all the patterns and colors are from the Cricut Imagine Hopscotch cartridge. The sentiment is from the Scrappy Mom's set called Spring Fling.

Terrific Tuesday Challenge/ Fall Banner

Its time for another TTC over at the Scrappy Mom's blog. This time the challenge is to make something using the Doodlecharms cartridge....an oldie but a goodie!!! If you do not have it, you can use something similar.

I went with something a little different this time...I saw THIS vertical banner over on Glora's blog and knew I wanted to make one. So this is what I came up with. I have been on a bit of a home decor kick lately!!! I used sentiments from the HOLIDAY TO REMEMBER and the BEWITCHED set.

Terrific Tuesday Challenge/ Happy Fall to One and All!

Hi Paper Lovers...
Its Tuesday and time for another TTC with the Scrappy Mom's. This week's challenge is a little different. Instead of a specific Cricut cartridge, the challenge is to make a Fall themed project using the colors Brown and Teal.

Umbrella shaped cards

Hi Paper Lovers...

I came up with this umbrella shaped card in my Gypsy using the Paisley cartridge. I am having sooooo much fun coming up with different kinds of umbrellas. I have so many ideas for this adorable shape. It would make such a cute tag on a gift bag or present or what an ADORABLE shower invitation it would make!

Hi Paper Lovers.....

Its time for another TTC over on the Scrappy Mom's blog. Every other week they host a Cricut challenge for a chance to win a set of Scrappy Mom's stamps!!! Click HERE to head to their blog to enter and see all the inspiration from the Design Team.

This time the challenge is to use the Perserves cartridge. If you are like me and do not have that cartridge, just use a similar cut from something else. I went with the Strawberry from Simply Charmed.

Scrappy Mom's Sneak #3/ Purse shape card

Hi Paper Lovers...

For my third sneak, I decided to use two stamps from the All in the Family set. This set is of course awesome for family projects, but there are some really cool sentiments on here that do not have to be used for family.

For this card, I welded two 5" purses from the Kate's ABC's cartridge (thank you Julie) and made an adorable little card for my niece who is turning 16!!!! Oh! my flippin goodness....I feel old =)

The little 1.25" tag is from Tags Bags Boxes & More. The ball chain is from Tim Holtz.

I need a new blade, so the cardstock snagged a little....I have time to make her another one in time for her special day......

You're My Cup of Tea....

Hi Paper Lovers.... I made this super simple card for my super sweet friend JULIE aka Ready Set Stamp! I told her I could not find the Kate's ABC's cartridge at my Joanns so she sent me one!!! She is the sweetest person in the world...LOVE HER!!! This is my first time using the cartridge...it is one of the cutest cartridges ever BUT the most work =) There are lots of little pieces to almost every image....but its worth it!!! I have been wanting to use this sentiment from the Scrappy Mom's set SWEET SOMETHINGS and this was the perfect time...below is my YouTube tutorial...thanks for stopping by!!!

You Bake Me Happy! Cherry Pie Card

Hi Paper Lovers....

Its time for another look at the Scrappy Mom's Stamps A Pinch and a Dash!!! The more I look at these stamps...the more ideas I get =) I decided to use the You Bake Me Happy sentiment...right away I thought of the adorable cherry pie from Simply Charmed cause he is soooo happy!!!

Sweet Treats Birthday Card

Hi Paper Lovers,

Here is a birthday card I made for my BFF Jennifer. Boy it was nice to make something besides Christmas cards =) I used the Sweet Treats, Tags Bags Boxes and More Cricut carts and the Cuttlebug Devine Swirls embossing folder, some Stickes, flowers and bling!!! The patterned Cardstock is DCWV Sweet Stack. Hope she likes it. I did a quick video below.....
